We are looking for a highly organised and dynamic Office/Operations/HR Manager to join our fast-growing team.
This role will work with the entire company and act as a vital lynchpin to our consultancy.

You will:

- Considerable experience in Office Management and HR with time spent working in a consultancy desirable
- Interest and experience in the smooth running of a busy office
- Strong track record of operational systems, administration and HR
- Exceptional writing skills and a keen eye for detail, delivering excellence
- Excellent organisational skills – with experience of multi-tasking, managing stakeholders, working to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Great research skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of systems. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a thirst for understanding the business landscape, current affairs, media and politics, applying your knowledge to your work to ensure our clients are aware of relevant trends and issues
- Be willing and able to help shape our company and the way we do business
- Be self-confident, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Have a friendly, fun demeanor, balanced with first-rate professionalism
You will be responsible for:
Office:
- Manage all office contracts and contractors, including negotiation of rates with support from COO
- General office management inc upkeep and reception
- Lead people / cultural initiatives, including working with people & culture to arrange events
HR:
- Contract management, issuance and storage
- Lead for induction process for new starters
- Organise recruitment / interview processes
- Administrative support to CPO
Team support:
- Support business development team with event organisation
- Ad hoc organisation, client team support as required
