Sami graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in the History of Politics.
While studying there, she volunteered with Save the Children UK, where she helped with the remittance campaign by creating communication strategies to engage diaspora communities and political stakeholders. She also took part in Chatham House’s Common Futures Conversation initiative, collaborating with policymakers from Europe and Africa, which helped her improve her skills in stakeholder dialogue and managing competing priorities. Sami further developed her abilities during her internship at Weber Shandwick, where she assisted with public affairs campaigns and kept track of parliamentary developments.
